4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery is available across all Emirates in the UAE.
• Standard delivery time: 1–3 working days depending on location.
• Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
• No returns for clearance or sale items.
